get a 06 bmw blue metalic
http://www.thirdgen.org/techboard/bo...cs-inside.html
if u want !sidemolding, do it before paint, because if you decide on it later it will be a different shade..no matter what color you get it painted

that bmw color is real close to the black sapphire metallic, my car was originally that color but the paints so faded now you can barely tell.

I'm definitely a big fan of BMW Metallic colors but they are pretty costly.
You don't see to many nice blue variants out there.

Therese also Viper Steel Grey, which is a pretty nice color. Seabring Silver Metallic is also pretty nice too!

personally, i think that blue color on that first link was ugly on that car... just doesnt work... that dark gray color was very nice tho on that link that you posted... i liked taht color... looks good on the 3rd gen... check out some mazda colors... they have alot of really beautiful colors... i just did a stripe on my hood in a mazda red (3 stage color) very nice.... they also have a nice metallic black color that you might want to check out.... did you ever consider "Marina Blue" thats a gm color from 1999 and actually from the 60's that they brought back... or just a nice metallic steel gray color.... of some sort... go by a chip book... or somthing at a paint supply shop..

I wanted to get the brightest white I could possibly get just like that camaro , but the car is being painted at maaco and when I dropped it off they were talking about some of the problems of changing over to another color and possibly getting white overspray on my weatherstripping because they don't strip the entire car and its not really an exspensive paint job so I decided on the dark blue I'll probably end up painting it again in 2 years if I don't like it but it'll be better than it was.

Yeah thats what I'm gonna do but I thought I'd do the paint now b/c they have a half price deal right now and I'm getting the $800 paint job for $400 and my paint was shot. The slightest touch would make marks in it.
transmaro93 you might have even seen my car before since you live in brick. It looks like its a primer blue color.I actually bought it in brick too , it was over by the subway on route 88.
